We want you to adore your pet's portrait. If you're not happy with your product for any reason, email info@animalheroesart.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll make it right with a free remake or a full refund — your choice. Since every piece is made just for you, there's no need to send it back.

Damaged or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it for free.

Digital downloads

Not happy with your digital portrait? Tell us within 30 days and we'll repaint it or refund you.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and reship if needed.
