What we collect

Your name, email, shipping address and the pet photos you upload. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To create your artwork, fulfill and ship your order (through our print partner Printful), send order updates and — only if you opt in — marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time.

AI processing

Your uploaded photo is sent to our image-generation provider solely to create your artwork. It is not used by us for any other purpose.

Your rights (including California residents)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@animalheroesart.com. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use essential storage to keep your cart and, with consent, analytics to improve the site.

Advertising measurement and your choices

Google Ads receives page and ad-interaction data, advertising identifiers, and confirmed purchase amount, currency and order reference to measure ad performance and optimize advertising toward sales. We do not send your email, name, shipping address or pet photo to Google for customer matching. See Google’s privacy information.

Advertising tracking is blocked until you accept in regions requiring permission, and when your region cannot be established. Elsewhere it honors your saved refusal and Global Privacy Control. Canadian visitors receive the permission request because our location check cannot distinguish Quebec. Rejecting does not affect shopping. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time.

Your browser stores a visitor reference, notice version and text, region, timestamp and choice, retaining earlier acceptance when you withdraw. Purchase measurement stores the related choice reference without your contact details. Withdrawal stops future advertising events; events blocked before acceptance are not sent later.
