Production takes 2–4 business days and US delivery about 3–5 more. Shipping is a flat $6.99 in the US and free on orders over $75.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. You see a free preview of your own pet before you pay, and you can redo it as often as you like.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, most of Western Europe and the Nordics, Australia and New Zealand at a flat rate per order.

When will my order arrive?

Most US orders are produced in 2–4 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days after that. Shipping is a flat $6.99 and free on US orders over $75. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

What if I don't love it?

You see your artwork before ordering and can redo it free as often as you like. And if you're not happy with your product, email us within 30 days of delivery for a free remake or a full refund.
