Production takes 2–4 business days and US delivery about 3–5 more. Shipping is a flat $6.99 in the US and free on orders over $75.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. You see a free preview of your own pet before you pay, and you can redo it as often as you like.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. We ship to Canada, the UK, Ireland, most of Western Europe and the Nordics, Australia and New Zealand at a flat rate per order.

When will my order arrive?
